The Successor to the Glendora Redevelopment Agency invites offers to purchase six acres of undeveloped hillside land located in the Glendora South Hills. Pursuant to
the dissolution of the Glendora Redevelopment Agency, the property must be sold.

Six acres of hillside land located in the Glendora South Hills, North of the 210
Freeway, East of Glendora Ave. (APN's: 8644-013-907 & 8644-015-915).
Property has a steep topography and is land locked without direct access. It is
located in an open space preserve zone (OSN). The purpose of the ASN zone
is to conserve land in its natural state. The property cannot be developed for
residential or commercial uses.
All offers shall be in writing (California Association of Realtors forms are
acceptable) and shall include type of financing (i.e. cash, loan, etc.). All buyers
shall be identified in the offer - no silent partners; agreement shall be

If buyer is represented by broker, one-half the customary commission may be
provided subject to approval by the Successor Agency Oversight Board.
The land must be sold pursuant to the dissolution of the Glendora
Redevelopment Agency. As such, approval of the sale may be subject to
approval by the California Department of Finance.
