Vendor Booths
Information and Registration
  • Local businesses and organizations are invited to host a vendor booth during the Earth Day Festival.
  • Vendor booths are free of charge.
  • Vendors may promote any product or service of their choice, while complying with applicable laws.
  • Vendor booths will be set up on the City Hall lawn at the corner of Glendora Ave. and Foothill Blvd.
  • Booths must be open and staffed from 9am until 3pm on event day.
  • Booth set up will take place from 7:30am to 9am.  Tear down will begin at 3pm.
  • Each vendor booth will be 10’ x 10’ in size.
  • Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, and canopies.

  • Access to electricity is limited.  Vendors requiring electricity must indicate so on their Vendor Booth Application.
  • Vendors that will offer products for sale during the Earth Day Festival must have a valid City of Glendora business license. A one day business license may be obtained by contacting the Business Licensing office at (626) 914-8244.  The cost of a one day business license is $26.
  • After unloading, vehicles must be moved to the designated Vendor Parking Lot for the duration of the event.  Parking is free of charge.
