What is Dial-A-Ride?

Glendora Mini-Bus, Dial-A-Ride service is a shared ride, curb-to-curb, transportation service provided by the City of Glendora, Community Services Department, Transportation Division.  The Dial-A-Ride service is available to Glendora Residents who are 55 years of age or older, as well as residents who are younger than 55 who are unable to independently use the public transportation system due to permanent disability.  

Service hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am—5:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday, 9:00 am—2:00 pm. The cost to go anywhere within the City of Glendora is 50¢ one way.  We also go outside of the City limits to approved medical facilities for medical appointments only.  Please contact Glendora Transportation at (626) 914-8233 for more information on medical destinations.

Sign Up!   Reserve a Trip

To sign up for the Glendora Mini-Bus Dial-A-Ride service please print and mail your application or visit us at the Transportation Center located at 410 E. Dalton Avenue, Glendora, CA 91741. 

You will need to include copies in the mail or bring with you:

  • Your California ID (or other Picture ID with birthdate)
  • A Recent Utility Bill (or piece of mail) in Your Name to Show Residency
  • A completed Application Form

We ask all riders to call at least 48 hours ahead of your requested trip in order to make sure that we are able to offer you times that fit best with your doctors appointment or other trip destination.  Please make sure to have your desired time and destination address ready for your dispatcher.
