Application for Employment
Complete the Application
All sections of the application should be neatly and clearly completed, regardless of whether a resume will be submitted. Do not simply state "See resume." Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of information you provide on the application itself.
The position title should be printed at the top of both pages of the application.
Candidates must submit an application with an original signature at the bottom of the first page.
Be sure to complete all three pages of the application, including the application and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) information sheet. The EEO information sheet will be detached from the employment application and only used for statistical purposes. The information contained will not be considered in the selection process.
Return the Application
Return the application to the Human Resources Department, either in person at City Hall or by mail to 116 East Foothill Boulevard, Glendora, CA 91741. Resumes may be included with the application, but will not be accepted separately in lieu of a City application form.
Applications must be RECEIVED by the Human Resources Department by the deadline stated on the job flyer – postmarks do not qualify. Faxed or e-mailed copies are not accepted.
