Avalon Bay is proposing a mixed-use residential and commercial project at the northeast corner of Route 66 and Glendora Avenue (see map below). The proposed project includes 260 apartment units and about 4,000 square feet of commercial space.
Planning Commission Hearing and Documents
The Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the proposed project on January 15 and February 5, 2013. The Commission voted 4-0 to recommend approval of the project to the City Council.
